COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors D20P1G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Unisys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ultratech-Stepper parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 U.s.-Motors product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Unisys such as the 32745283001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 010800545 manufactured by Ultratech-Stepper and we are pleased to be able to service most Ultratech-Stepper systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D60P1HS by Manufacturer U.s.-Motors as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Unipo Brand 2IB763123101I in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Uc-Components such as C2026A equipment made by Uc-Components have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Uc-Components products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Uc-Components" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available W7P1AFC made by U.s.-Motors as well as the popular FF60E1XS original spares produced by U.s.-Motors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D30V2B by U.s.-Motors and C2026A spares by Uc-Components are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H100V2B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer U.s.-Motors. |
