COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Trio Motion Technology MC224 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Robertshaw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Robertshaw such as the N11119REVC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NT30CST141B manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PAVC65R11 by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-Eurodrive Brand MDS60A00225A340T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as MHD112A024PP1AN equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MRJC100CT made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular MMPM10200 original spares produced by Modicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MC478R201200XMC47201200R by Sti-Omron and MHD112A024PP1AN spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MMPMA1400C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
