COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Trans Tek 0352-0000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tuchenhagen products, including obsoleted and phased-out U.s.-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Triconex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tuchenhagen such as the 22164204 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C3P3B manufactured by U.s.-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most U.s.-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TCM4351 by Manufacturer Triconex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ts-Engineering Brand AT1050 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tri-clover such as 3611741316 equipment made by Tri-clover have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tri-clover products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tri-clover" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B106BE100988 made by Tucker as well as the popular J198633 original spares produced by Turn-Act Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C25P3G by U.s.-Motors and 3611741316 spares by Tri-clover are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7P1BC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer U.s.-Motors. |
