COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tpi Corp. CE30-B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Us-Tsubaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Whitney parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Voith product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Tsubaki such as the RS160COTTERED spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1001Riv manufactured by Whitney and we are pleased to be able to service most Whitney systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 562TVRIC by Manufacturer Voith as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Winsmith Brand 935MDSFD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Welch such as 412510 equipment made by Welch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Welch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Welch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N2401SB356U210NM made by Us-Motor as well as the popular RS1401CP original spares produced by Tsubaki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 220C934H01 by Westinghouse and 412510 spares by Welch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BVTSAF37DR63L4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vector. |
