COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tox Pressotechnik Kraftsensor ZPS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Trio-Motion-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turbo-Parts product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Trio-Motion-Technology such as the P30100206 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NI60K90SRVP4X2W manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0878A590P0001 by Manufacturer Turbo-Parts as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has U.s.-Motors Brand 8P20P2G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tucker such as 035431 equipment made by Tucker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tucker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tucker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DA80008C01 made by Twk-Elektronik as well as the popular PU023U original spares produced by Triconex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TD5250124211000 by Turck and 035431 spares by Tucker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LT0324 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
