COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Totoki Electric MDT962B-1A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Moog-Total-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heat-Timer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Saia product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Moog-Total-Control such as the R32MOOGL01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPCGoldSeries manufactured by Heat-Timer and we are pleased to be able to service most Heat-Timer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCD7D457VTCF by Manufacturer Saia as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand NT20SST121V3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Total-Control such as QPHDEMS02 equipment made by Total-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Total-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Total-Control" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PMU300BT made by Lg as well as the popular mPRO93S9598602 original spares produced by Gardner-Denver Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MEM20023020000000 by Kem-Kuppers-Gmbg and QPHDEMS02 spares by Total-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MTAG1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
