COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Total Control QPI211V0C2P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the V512A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RAX23C manufactured by Nachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Nachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature YB560103CB8 by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marsh Brand R25206 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balance-Systems such as VM23 equipment made by Balance-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balance-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balance-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XYHRSO5M201 made by Nsk as well as the popular SYS68KCPU30ZBEC20 original spares produced by Force-Computers Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UNI3404 by Control-Techniques and VM23 spares by Balance-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XVME531 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Xycom. |
