COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Total Control HMI70100A2P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magtech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magtech such as the LTM200DG215 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IS200SCTTG1AAA manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KH361101021 by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC610CPU104A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beckhoff such as IL2301B3100000 equipment made by Beckhoff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beckhoff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beckhoff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JD222B02C025 made by Anderson as well as the popular MA11RF5180X3KYDRDCD1D2 original spares produced by Phd-Inc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC697BEM731 by Fanuc and IL2301B3100000 spares by Beckhoff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC3600AOAC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
