COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Torque Systems ME3528-547C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC063D0FS1C095B1101000S00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC112C0HD1B130A1I1250S05 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC90C0GD4C110A0GR277S01 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gettys Brand M133H60A900F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as M35V227Q188G1 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M3313T5 made by Baldor as well as the popular M7040T original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC090B0PD4C110A2WI520LVS018 by Indramat and M35V227Q188G1 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M80403 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Welco. |
