COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Torque Systems ME3528-482C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lenze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ormec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lenze such as the MCS06F60RS0P1B11NST5S00NR0SU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MACDB200QI manufactured by Ormec and we are pleased to be able to service most Ormec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M7031A by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand MAC090B0PD2C110A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lenze such as MCS06C41RS080A11NST5S00NR0SU equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDD065BN040N2M095PB0 made by Indramat as well as the popular MDD112AN030N2L130PB0 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MC23SR005 by Gec-Alsthom and MCS06C41RS080A11NST5S00NR0SU spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDI3MRQ42B2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
