COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tokyo Keiki PQC-H06-V04-10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Total-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Torque-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Triangle product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Total-Control such as the QP131200E2PB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BMR4045DSP00CSB015 manufactured by Torque-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Torque-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 90WB8005AG by Manufacturer Triangle as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tolomatic Brand ERD06SN16SM17LMISS23IP7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as 890122 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MXE40S made by Tol-o-matic as well as the popular 111567 original spares produced by Trumpf Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 18404000 by Tunkers and 890122 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SR9CPU2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
