COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tokyo Electron 4SB029 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tung-Lee parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Transmatiion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyo such as the UT655D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PF28040015CY manufactured by Tung-Lee and we are pleased to be able to service most Tung-Lee systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1098P by Manufacturer Transmatiion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tolomatic Brand BCS10SN02SK3LMIKT3MRV23XJ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tsubaki such as ESH75S2275 equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available QP131200C2P made by Total-Control as well as the popular MA310P original spares produced by Tsugami Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCISG by Truetime and ESH75S2275 spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C3550N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
