COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tigear / Baldor 20A15R14SL500FH / VEM3554T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 1LA70904AA11Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1FT60841AF711AG1 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1FT30745AZ219ZN3HAB45841 by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Speedtronics Brand 150HP4P445T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cincinnati such as 1FT50720AC711Z equipment made by Cincinnati have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cincinnati products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cincinnati" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1K067 made by Dayton as well as the popular 14EHXPX400 original spares produced by Bodine Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1FT51010AF712Z by Siemens and 1FT50720AC711Z spares by Cincinnati are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
