COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thoma Magnettechnik GHUX-9176.01.200-18 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Himmel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lincoln parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Himmel such as the HU2000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K30041 manufactured by Lincoln and we are pleased to be able to service most Lincoln systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC3600PTJA4 by Manufacturer Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand MAL366001021 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as LHF26000M8076 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IKSG6824A20GSFP4GTXSFPHVHV made by Moxa as well as the popular GP10E1ST34030B1 original spares produced by Saftronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JZNCMPP20E by Yaskawa and LHF26000M8076 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LM1000SFPS4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ixia. |
