COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thermo Measure Tech FF0G8T0480N00S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trans-Metrics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Triad product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the Bi6RW30DAP6XH1141 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P027MIA073 manufactured by Trans-Metrics and we are pleased to be able to service most Trans-Metrics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MG36ABAUER by Manufacturer Triad as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tritronics Brand CMS3F1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Triad such as MG36OF20E equipment made by Triad have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Triad products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Triad" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TR484C10 made by Triad as well as the popular PC010GI14A1MLUAPN8XH1141 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NI2Q65ADZ32016FSB54X4S304 by Turck and MG36OF20E spares by Triad are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BI15CK40ADZ30X2B1131S34 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
