COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thermo Electron Pi-CPT 4133 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ti-A product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the VB605CS19 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B115CP40FDZ30X2S10 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 403030 by Manufacturer Ti-A as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand BI20UCA40RP6X2H1143WBS21 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tritronics such as EZPRC equipment made by Tritronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tritronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tritronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available WITG118 made by Ulvac as well as the popular FCSK20AP8X original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WYMRKM464M by Turck and EZPRC spares by Tritronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VB805N7X17CS19 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
