COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Texas Industrial Survivor Series parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Accu-coder products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asea-Brown-Boveri parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Accu-coder such as the 7161024HVHD1010SSY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the YB161100BB1FP manufactured by Asea-Brown-Boveri and we are pleased to be able to service most Asea-Brown-Boveri systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 845DSJDM25AGFW5 by Manufacturer Allen-bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Avery Brand WI127 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Raytek such as XXXSYSCS200IF equipment made by Raytek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Raytek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Raytek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XBTGK5330 made by Schneider as well as the popular TCU00004 original spares produced by Red-Lion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 45PVR1LEB4F4 by Allen-bradley and XXXSYSCS200IF spares by Raytek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Tasc300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
