COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Teledyne Brown Engineering B30927 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eupec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Portwell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eupec such as the BSM100GB120DN2FE3256 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B9305682AB18712821 manufactured by Portwell and we are pleased to be able to service most Portwell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BN634A082G53 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand C120FCPUA7EQC120FCPUA7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Okuma such as BLMS75E20T equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BUM60VC0A0001 made by Baumuller as well as the popular CM200HA24 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C200HBC081V2 by Omron and BLMS75E20T spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CM400HA24E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
