COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tel Tokyo Electron 1R81-604550-12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thinkcar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Telemecanique product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thinkcar such as the 309020006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XUY4037350 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ATS23D44N by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Teledyne Brand 40420200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thermocouple such as P4402297 equipment made by Thermocouple have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thermocouple products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thermocouple" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XUSL4E14F031N made by Telemecanique as well as the popular 3B1 original spares produced by Thermo-Sensors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HSR30LR2SSC1760LP11 by Thk and P4402297 spares by Thermocouple are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RPS2000MD621C101211 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Temposonics. |
