COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Technology 80 5641B CABLE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Woodward products, including obsoleted and phased-out Teco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Woodward such as the 2924588 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MA72004010N1 manufactured by Teco and we are pleased to be able to service most Teco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGDV3R8A01A by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand VT130G7U4160B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Verteq such as 3156023000C equipment made by Verteq have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Verteq products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Verteq" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HJD3250F made by Westinghouse as well as the popular RAD122009 original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CACRHR10UBY9 by Yaskawa and 3156023000C spares by Verteq are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BRD4S70 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vickers. |
