COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Techno Drive KR-55MS-2Z R KR55MS2ZR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Teco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the CACRHR01BAB12Y60 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT130G7U4055B manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EQ72150C by Manufacturer Teco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand VT130G12080B0H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Waco such as TSE8ATGM200 equipment made by Waco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Waco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Waco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SLOSYNSS2000MD7 made by Warner as well as the popular A5102010C3U original spares produced by Teco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C35M024A01P by Thomson and TSE8ATGM200 spares by Waco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VFS11S2022PLWNR5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
