COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tav Engineering 70-419-101 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thermwood products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tci parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Te product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thermwood such as the BD101B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KDRB1L manufactured by Tci and we are pleased to be able to service most Tci systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PT910103501X131X063171F by Manufacturer Te as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tektronix Brand P9C038502 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tcg085wvlcb-G00-S-7-24-122 such as TCG085WVLCB equipment made by Tcg085wvlcb-G00-S-7-24-122 have been added to our featured items. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C04300S1XXXN by Teco and TCG085WVLCB spares by Tcg085wvlcb-G00-S-7-24-122 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
