COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tanaka Seiki 3EC-30136-6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thermo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Techno-Aoyama parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tb-Woods product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thermo such as the ECW950100400L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CYLBM1220200 manufactured by Techno-Aoyama and we are pleased to be able to service most Techno-Aoyama systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AFC20010B2 by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Technotrans Brand 3004401 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tde such as SDB07A equipment made by Tde have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tde products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tde" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KDRF26H made by Tci as well as the popular 25060010 original spares produced by Tenor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CYLBM1225300 by Techno-Aoyama and SDB07A spares by Tde are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NRTL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer The-Electron-Machine-Corp. |
