COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Swagelock/whitey 155SR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Teca products, including obsoleted and phased-out Technical-Weighing-Services parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Syron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Teca such as the AHP1200X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSBT200N50L manufactured by Technical-Weighing-Services and we are pleased to be able to service most Technical-Weighing-Services systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LRR22B5PRSYN by Manufacturer Syron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Takamaz Brand TACS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tci such as KDRG3H equipment made by Tci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tci" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SM956A431000 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular XUJ original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8781 by Teledyne-Gurley and KDRG3H spares by Tci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TSC06401C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teco. |
