COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Svend Hoyer 5M. SH ISO 08B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tolomatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Timken parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Textron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tolomatic such as the 2160000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 21204720024 manufactured by Timken and we are pleased to be able to service most Timken systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSHV25W9A by Manufacturer Textron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tolomatic Brand 2460000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tigear such as P63TLE4013 equipment made by Tigear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tigear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tigear" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available W568M35SK made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular MHO404 original spares produced by Textron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H140B11F by Tsubaki and P63TLE4013 spares by Tigear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 423142608908UTR014010O Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thompson. |
