COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Suruga Seiki B11-60C5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Swedmeter products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tamagawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tekleen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Swedmeter such as the UP20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TA8043 manufactured by Tamagawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Tamagawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 81EBVS by Manufacturer Tekleen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tde-Automazione-Vicenza Brand SC1ONIA0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Synatec such as MLT19P equipment made by Synatec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Synatec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Synatec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8050 made by Tectron as well as the popular BDH1884P31A2A original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Sbt by Swac and MLT19P spares by Synatec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D4000086 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Suspa. |
