COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Suns Engineering 210740 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tecnos products, including obsoleted and phased-out Szn30-1024rf-30j parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Technology-80 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tecnos such as the RAMDISKTC93 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SZN30 manufactured by Szn30-1024rf-30j and we are pleased to be able to service most Szn30-1024rf-30j systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5650A by Manufacturer Technology-80 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tamagawa Brand TS5246N79 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Takara such as 38144 equipment made by Takara have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Takara products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Takara" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3R96 made by System-3r as well as the popular GA684901 original spares produced by Tektronix Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EXM2EP by Sunx and 38144 spares by Takara are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TPM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sylvania. |
