COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sturtevant Richmont 10235 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Taicang-Teco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Systemtechnik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sumtak product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Taicang-Teco such as the TSB0751C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LPA2923A manufactured by Systemtechnik and we are pleased to be able to service most Systemtechnik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IP1247B by Manufacturer Sumtak as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Switching-Systems Brand SQM200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumtak such as LDA169254 equipment made by Sumtak have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumtak products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumtak" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 31006 made by Tci as well as the popular B1160C5 original spares produced by Suruga-Seiki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KML062F by Superior and LDA169254 spares by Sumtak are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TS5233N74 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tamagawa. |
