COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Speed Selecter 409-400 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dorner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bodine parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Danaher product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dorner such as the 3311821166 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 34R6BFCIW4 manufactured by Bodine and we are pleased to be able to service most Bodine systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 30050REVB by Manufacturer Danaher as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 32024Z122 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Westinghouse such as 364TSTEFCA04D42820 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 36E35107K made by Baldor as well as the popular 34F02872 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 34R4BC1Z2 by Bodine and 364TSTEFCA04D42820 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 347DT80KA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
