COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Soft Servo DC150-02C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stromrichter products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stromrichter such as the AB4111297 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATV452075 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT130H3U4270 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has T-B-Woods Brand X4C20050C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Star-Seiki such as SDC200LFA equipment made by Star-Seiki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Star-Seiki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Star-Seiki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VLT40MTII made by Toei as well as the popular C98043A1001L509 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATV452U40N by Telemecanique and SDC200LFA spares by Star-Seiki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BRM5S40 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vickers. |
