COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sigma Giken SG-SA5-50 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mj-Tooling product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the SC0163SA016A008 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RST3XC11 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SD3955 by Manufacturer Mj-Tooling as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGMPH08AAE41D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ono-Sokki such as RP446Z equipment made by Ono-Sokki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ono-Sokki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ono-Sokki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMS50VSAB made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SGMGV30D3A61 original spares produced by Yasakawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RS90050LU by Parker and RP446Z spares by Ono-Sokki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMS20ASAB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
