COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens Simodrive 6SN11231AA000LA3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Avg-Uticor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance-Electric such as the 8471753A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A20B00070010 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AC240T by Manufacturer Avg-Uticor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A97L0218028270F105 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A06B0205B000 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 92Y0180x01 made by Cutler-hammer as well as the popular 80BE00070101003 original spares produced by Barber-Colman Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A4310082V13 by Valmet-Automation and A06B0205B000 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 70035711 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Applied-Intelligent. |
