COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6ES7416-2FN05-0AB0 6ES7 416-2FN05-0AB0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fuji products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji such as the 6MBI15S12002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6MBP15RZ060 manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6VAF564 by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fuji Brand 6RI50P16050 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eurotherm such as 7100A63A208VSELFXXXXNONEPAXXXX4MA20ENGYE equipment made by Eurotherm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eurotherm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eurotherm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6SE92140DA40 made by Siemens as well as the popular 7MBR15SA120D01 original spares produced by Fuji Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7379A216QAV by Westinghouse and 7100A63A208VSELFXXXXNONEPAXXXX4MA20ENGYE spares by Eurotherm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6SE99960XA22 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
