COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew / Katko MCLTEA0008503110 / KKVM 332CC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MDD071CN040N2T095GA0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDD112DN030N2M130PB1 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NT31ST121EV2 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Metasys Brand MSNAE35142 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Phoenix-Contact such as MCRCUUDC equipment made by Phoenix-Contact have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Phoenix-Contact products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Phoenix-Contact" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NAA351D made by Rexroth as well as the popular MPFLX460X35A original spares produced by Mts Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NCDC312F1 by Westinghouse and MCRCUUDC spares by Phoenix-Contact are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NWBM85000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
