COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Seicos / Hitachi Seiki P-22I-I parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Quick-Panel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vartech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Quick-Panel such as the QPIABR201G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PM820UPM8RDA manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT084XA by Manufacturer Vartech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hitachi Brand VK45 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Computer-Technology-Corporation such as P513C2A22A3 equipment made by Computer-Technology-Corporation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Computer-Technology-Corporation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Computer-Technology-Corporation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available QPK2D100S2P made by Total-Control as well as the popular V606M10 original spares produced by Hach Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PM1 by Cincinnati and P513C2A22A3 spares by Computer-Technology-Corporation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PA0612000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
