COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sanyo Senki PY0B300A0PZ1PKO parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schaevitz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schrader parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Semikron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schaevitz such as the 02350509000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0150CF3MA1U14AC8000 manufactured by Schrader and we are pleased to be able to service most Schrader systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SKIIP2403GB72 by Manufacturer Semikron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Scientific-Technologies Brand MS4536R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schmersal such as AZM161ZST1ASRA equipment made by Schmersal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schmersal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schmersal" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MP2150500 made by Schneider as well as the popular 371458 original spares produced by Schunk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FL103911005 by Sdl and AZM161ZST1ASRA spares by Schmersal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
