COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Samick Thk 3G24514 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schubert products, including obsoleted and phased-out Scientific-Columbus parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sawamura-Denki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schubert such as the VMSBM2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DL342K5A2670 manufactured by Scientific-Columbus and we are pleased to be able to service most Scientific-Columbus systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS300C1001 by Manufacturer Sawamura-Denki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Seiki Brand E41031A01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schunk such as 370403 equipment made by Schunk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schunk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schunk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SVS0501A made by Scientific-Value-Solutions as well as the popular ARST4XB11E original spares produced by Sanyo-Denki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 321326256HNB536 by Schweitzer-Engineering and 370403 spares by Schunk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATV320U40M3C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
