COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sames Technologies 5.584.435 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sandblom--Stohne products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schunk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schunk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sandblom--Stohne such as the DIPOS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GMP12K manufactured by Schunk and we are pleased to be able to service most Schunk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 306081 by Manufacturer Schunk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo-Denki Brand T511B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Selca such as DCM1 equipment made by Selca have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Selca products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Selca" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 321326256HNB536 made by Schweitzer-Engineering as well as the popular 2009317321 original spares produced by Schweitzer-Engineering-Laboratories Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Q2AA08100DXS2E by Sanyo-Denki and DCM1 spares by Selca are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 45BM030HBC26 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo-Denki. |
