COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Saia Burgess PC7.D231 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schunk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sealmaster parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schlenker-Elektrotechnik product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schunk such as the 308190 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MFC28T manufactured by Sealmaster and we are pleased to be able to service most Sealmaster systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 05094001 by Manufacturer Schlenker-Elektrotechnik as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Scitex Brand 188A1B168B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schrader such as 0400C4MA2US14A16000 equipment made by Schrader have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schrader products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schrader" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MSDKUVE15KGT made by Schaeffler-Group as well as the popular DPZ original spares produced by Schunk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 64BM180KXSH9S by Sanyo and 0400C4MA2US14A16000 spares by Schrader are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ACIC20XX086 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sandvik. |
