COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Saf Drive Systems DD312-70-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the MKS51A01050300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6ES53750LD11 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6FC41001AA00Z by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand ATV212HU30M3X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Seimens-Sinamics such as G110DASIRS equipment made by Seimens-Sinamics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Seimens-Sinamics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Seimens-Sinamics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3RT10666AD36 made by Siemens as well as the popular ATV61HU15N4 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 071001A0X0X0X860001 by Sel and G110DASIRS spares by Seimens-Sinamics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SFD212EG4YD07 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
