COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rotronic Hygroclip HYGROCLIP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schaevitz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saginomiya parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schleicher product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schaevitz such as the 6000XSB10326 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RGEX3R47 manufactured by Saginomiya and we are pleased to be able to service most Saginomiya systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D1357 by Manufacturer Schleicher as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Saginaw-Control Brand 580836 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo-Deiki such as 68BM065RXE01 equipment made by Sanyo-Deiki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo-Deiki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo-Deiki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5584435 made by Sames-Technologies as well as the popular SS2304A42A original spares produced by Samsr-Unknown Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRP5U2071F by Saftronics and 68BM065RXE01 spares by Sanyo-Deiki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 940143111 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Satt-Control. |
