COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rotronic Ag H290D-32X02P1WXXXX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo-Denki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saab parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sanyo-Denki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo-Denki such as the Q2AA08100DXS2E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9233900108 manufactured by Saab and we are pleased to be able to service most Saab systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R2AA04010FCPGN by Manufacturer Sanyo-Denki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Scc Brand 1080S4138XGE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Saab such as 9150023511 equipment made by Saab have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Saab products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Saab" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D10347ABA made by Sa as well as the popular DFSM0520502A original spares produced by Sanyo-Denki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 70630 by Rsf-Elektronik and 9150023511 spares by Saab are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 640tc Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saia-burgess. |
