COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robotic Accessories P-6400 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rogers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 1151GP4S22S1L4M4D6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DDI125 manufactured by Rogers and we are pleased to be able to service most Rogers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CD2A22A1JB4K5M6 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rofin Brand H99003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rotronic such as M23W equipment made by Rotronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rotronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rotronic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 732EMT2A1K5DA1 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 5931 original spares produced by Ryan-Herco-Flow-Solutions Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3051CD2A02A1AB1E5H2 by Rosemount and M23W spares by Rotronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3051SAL2CA2AA1A1020DE71DA60I5M5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
