COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rice Lake RL35083-D3-5K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Robicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Robicon such as the 460F6005I spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 461E9600 manufactured by Robicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Robicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0078R25C30A050T26E5Q8 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Robohand Brand DLB25BB3V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Roper-Pumps such as 01SS1PTYDJHLW16261 equipment made by Roper-Pumps have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Roper-Pumps products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Roper-Pumps" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3051S2CD3A22A1AB4L4 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 1151LLT4E23A0 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0183R23K2N00N480E5 by Rosemount and 01SS1PTYDJHLW16261 spares by Roper-Pumps are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3051S1CD2A2B12FAD01B4K5M5QPQ8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
