COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance Electric S-3007 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Aavid-Thermal-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Aavid-Thermal-Technologies such as the 605501F00000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S300B manufactured by Reliance-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TP1500 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Danfoss Brand VLT5052PT5C54STR0DL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by 01-Communique-Labs such as SM400G4 equipment made by 01-Communique-Labs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire 01-Communique-Labs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "01-Communique-Labs" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E94R080Y2NRM made by Ac-Technology as well as the popular V48M28B75CUEELS45 original spares produced by Cutler-hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SPD300480Y2K by Cutler-hammer and SM400G4 spares by 01-Communique-Labs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SR9SQCIG1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
