COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance Electric BM600212 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Okuma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the EH4503022AF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DDS021W025DA0101FW manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E4809770103A by Manufacturer Okuma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand DCP7115GHF15012H0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as BTS10154524R720BTS10 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS200ACNAG1A made by Ge as well as the popular CM4250 original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRP7U20750 by Yaskawa and BTS10154524R720BTS10 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CACRSR30BB1AM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
