COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance Electric 613471-1BA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fuji products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gemu product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji such as the 6DI100A050 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6180P12BPXP manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 61515D6034521 by Manufacturer Gemu as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6FM17263CA00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Merlin-Gerin such as 671462067146180 equipment made by Merlin-Gerin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Merlin-Gerin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Merlin-Gerin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6DS11448AA made by Siemens as well as the popular 6ES74144HM140AB06ES74144HM140AB0 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6965D40G01 by Westinghouse and 671462067146180 spares by Merlin-Gerin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6ES54704UA13 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
