COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Red Lion G308A210 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Komatsu products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Komatsu such as the KDP3640ECA21GF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K3NXVD1AB4 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GT1040QBBD by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nais Brand GK30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gordos-Crouzet such as GORDOSGRD84130312 equipment made by Gordos-Crouzet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gordos-Crouzet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gordos-Crouzet" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IWKAPCS900 made by Iwk as well as the popular M32YZC443C3BN111B649X original spares produced by Mazatrol Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JZNCGOP33 by Yaskawa and GORDOSGRD84130312 spares by Gordos-Crouzet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JANCDMM214 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yasakawa. |
