COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Quick Logic QL8X12B-OPL68C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Raritan products, including obsoleted and phased-out Riken-Keiki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Robertshaw product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Raritan such as the DPXT3H1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 652023RK025035079ESES88A manufactured by Riken-Keiki and we are pleased to be able to service most Riken-Keiki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5318BB1A by Manufacturer Robertshaw as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand 5330010080 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reotemp such as IH1TAPX1259X equipment made by Reotemp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reotemp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reotemp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 044RL1U1A2E5 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 5460041100 original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2xNiCrNi by Reckmann and IH1TAPX1259X spares by Reotemp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RL35082N54K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rice-Lake. |
