COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proportion Air DSY100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schmersal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Red-Lion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schmersal such as the 21009015 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ZRJ1024R manufactured by Red-Lion and we are pleased to be able to service most Red-Lion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 680068N21N00N180 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Renco Brand RHS21DP22000146CA144LDM5PS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reneshaw such as RGH22 equipment made by Reneshaw have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reneshaw products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reneshaw" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 15006 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 0396P01105541 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TSXDEY32D2K by Schneider and RGH22 spares by Reneshaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 444rl0444TK1u1A2NA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
